The tuition remission benefit ceases with resignation or termination. Tuition remission will be prorated if an employee terminates during a term in which they are receiving remission for themselves, their spouse or dependent. Employees will be expected to reimburse the University for tuition benefits paid during the term in which their employment ceases.
