Per the Employee Handbook, every University employee is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement upon hire. Every Department Director will be responsible for:
A. Initial Training: Ensuring that each department employee has read, understood, and signed the Confidentiality Agreement as well as applicable FERPA regulations within 5 business days of hire.
B. Annual Review: Ensuring that each department employee reviews the Confidentiality Agreement and applicable FERPA regulations on an annual basis.
