3.3.3.4: Supplemental Disability Insurance

If an employee who has completed ten (10) years of service is determined to be disabled and has applied for long-term disability insurance, the University will provide fifty percent (50%) of full salary and health benefits on a month-to-month basis for up to six (6) months until the long-term disability insurance payments begin. Employees should contact the Human Resources Office for additional information on supplemental disability insurance.
