2.4.0: Deductions
The University, like any other employer, is required by laws to make certain deductions from an employee’s paycheck such as Federal, State and local income withholding taxes and Social Security (FICA). If there is any change in a dependency status, it is the employee’s responsibility to advise Human Resources of the change.
Other deductions such as for annuity, health care premiums, etc. are made only upon an employees’ written authorization.
