3.4: Staff Employee Performance Evaluations

The University shall conduct employee performance appraisals at or about the three-month and six-month anniversary dates of employment and annually, thereafter. Performance appraisals are not performed in conjunction with compensation increases. The performance appraisal evaluates the employee’s compliance with University expectations, policies and position job descriptions. Employees will be expected to review their job description and acknowledge its contents by signing a copy annually in conjunction with the annual performance appraisal.
