All postings must:

1. Pertain to, and/or be sponsored by, a recognized Spalding University student club, organization, or department;

2. Be no larger than 11”x17” (unless special permission is granted);

3. Have a small space available for the approval stamp (quarter sheets are exempt);

4. Include a Spalding University contact name, phone number, and E-mail address or Website; and

5. In special circumstances, including elections, additional requirements may apply.
