If the accused is found guilty, the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs proceeds with sanctions and notifies investigative board, accused, complainant, and ombudsperson. If the accused is found not guilty, the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs notifies investigative board, accused, complainant, and ombudsperson.

If the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs does not follow investigative board recommendations, a written explanation will be sent to all parties.
