3.1.3: Confidentiality

All University employees shall execute an Employee Confidentiality Agreement (see Appendix 3.1.3.1). At no time shall an employee divulge any confidential information, including but not limited to student, employee, Trustee, alumni or donor personal information (address, telephone number, social security number), student academic records (grades, class schedules, academic standing, transcripts), student financial records (financial aid, employment and federal forms), employee records (employment history, payroll) and University business records (contracts, agreements, financial information, gifts, donations, endowments). In the event of an emergency or in special circumstances, please direct any requests for such information to the Human Resources Director or the Registrar.
