1.3.7: Workplace Violence
The University has a zero tolerance policy for workplace violence, threats and intimidation of anyone on the University’s premises. Any act of aggression with intent to cause physical harm or that actually causes physical harm, no matter how minor, is grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Employees are prohibited from intimidating or threatening by word or action any other employee, student or visitor to the University. Employees are encouraged to report intimidating or threatening behavior, even if the behavior is not directed toward the reporting person.
