1.6.1.5: The Investigative Board

1. Purpose: To conduct a formal investigation of the specific allegations or misconduct.

2. Members: Five tenured faculty members, at least one of whom is from a school other than the one(s) in which the accused is appointed.

3. Chair: The board selects its own chair, who is responsible for board minutes and any reports. Board Access: The board shall determine its own procedures for conducting the investigation in consultation with University legal counsel.
