Spalding University, Inc. (“Spalding”), a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, encourages the solicitation and acceptance of charitable gifts and grants to Spalding for purposes that will help Spalding further and fulfill its mission.

The mission of Spalding recognizes it as a diverse community of learners dedicated to meeting the needs of the times in the tradition of the Sister of Charity of Nazareth through quality undergraduate and graduate liberal and professional studies, grounded in spiritual values with emphasis on service and the promotion of peace and justice.

The following policies and guidelines govern acceptance of gifts made to Spalding generally or for the benefit of any of its programs.
