220.127.116.11: Employment Verification
Employees and former employees may give written or verbal permission to business organizations to verify their employment information with the University. As a service to former employees, the Human Resources Office will verify that the information that the employee has given is true or false. The information may be given by letter, telephone, or fax, and will be limited to job title, current or inactive status, and employment dates. A verification of salary will be given upon receipt of a signed release. The Human Resources Director will not release information about an employee’s performance or effectiveness.
