3.6.1: Hours of Work
Full-time non-exempt employees will observe the hours prescribed by their department supervisors within the University work week, generally 37.5 to 40 hours per week. Full-time exempt employees are expected to accomplish the responsibilities of the position for which they have been hired, which may require service beyond (40) hours per week. Part-time employees are expected to work the number of hours established by their supervisors. All employees are expected to perform satisfactorily the requirements of the position for which they have been hired.
