3.3.3.5: Other Insurance Benefits

All employees are eligible to participate in voluntary plans which include dental insurance, additional life insurance, short term disability, long term disability buy up, cancer insurance, accident insurance, flexible spending accounts (health and dependent child care) and pre-paid legal services. Full-time employees hired on or before September 1, 2004 who do not participate in the health insurance plan are given a monthly $50 flex credit that can be used to purchase voluntary benefits or deposited to retirement or flexible spending accounts.
