2.3.4.1: Employee Assistance Program

The University provides counseling services to employees through its Employee Assistance Program. The Employee Assistance Program offers confidential problem assessment/counseling regarding alcohol and other substance abuse, marital problems, family problems, financial difficulties and other problems of a personal nature. Initial assessment and counseling (three visits) is free of charge. If additional sessions are necessary, there may be costs to the individual. Such costs will be reasonable in light of the individual’s ability to pay. See the Human Resources Director for details.
