3.3.4.1.11: Return to Work After Leave

If the employee is on a leave under this policy due to a serious health condition, the employee is required to present certification from the health care provider that the employee is able to resume work and any physical limitations, if any. If an employee is unable to return to work after the twelve weeks of FMLA have been exhausted, the University reserves the right to discontinue benefits and/or terminate employment.
