To help protect employees from payroll fraud and unauthorized banking changes, any request to change direct deposit banking information may be subject to additional verification procedures. Following a change to an employee's banking information, payroll may issue the employee's next paycheck by paper check instead of direct deposit. Direct deposit will resume once the new banking information has been verified in accordance with the University's payroll security procedures.
